BRUTAL! These cakes are a joke...they have to be.
I have been going to old town for ages and the last few times I've visited they haven't had any cake donuts WHAT IS GOING ON ...AND THE FRIENDLY COUNTER GIRL WHO WE HAVEN'T SEEN IN FOREVER! !!!!!

I had the almond cupcake my daughter had the Oreo! Both were amazing! Will definitely be coming back!

I love this place, I got my wedding cake way back when. It has the absolute best filled long johns, cookies, and cake. I have never had anything subpar there!

I love their cake and cookies..if people had a problem they should tell Old town people and I'm sure they would make it up to them..the flavor is so good and the bad could turn to good..happy with my cookie and cakes
Great cookies and cake; poor customer service. I've interacted multiple times with a younger female and she is very rude on the phone.

Very sorry to hear. We have recently had two of our younger girls leave us. I suspect they were the problem as I did have them pointed out to me. Thanks for letting us know. Hopefully nothing but great customer service from here on out! Fingers crossed!!!
Got a cake for my nephew and the writing was HORRIBLE!!! Apparently the decorators left for the day. They clearly messed up and tried to wipe the red frosting off. They could of just said they weren't able to do it instead of ruining the cake!
My wedding cake turned out beautiful! And tasted great too!
