Bought some cookies and they gave them to me all broken and when I told them about them they said I broke them very rude
Best cake, best cookies, best anything around... Unfortunately... This is the THIRD day I have tried calling to place an order??? Each time I call, I am placed on hold for 5-10+ minutes, where no one ever comes back to the phone. I tried calling Friday, then Saturday I went through this process for over an hour and a half... I probably called a total of 8 times Saturday, being placed on hold each time, with no one coming back to the phone. I love everything they have! It reminds me of my grandfather's bakery.
I won the hummingbird cake last week. Used it for my granddaughters birthday cake. It was a hit !! Very moist and delicious and excellent cream cheese frosting. Highly recommend it for your next event. Thanks Vicky Haynes

We used Olde Towne for our wedding cake last June and were very pleased. We had given them a picture to duplicate for decoration and it was spot on. The taste of course was delicious as well. Our guests raved about it. My sister also used them for her wedding and they were just as pleased. They also have some of the best iced sugar cookies around! We had their sugar cookies at the rehersal dinner with our last name monogram in the icing. I have attached the pictures of our cake and cookies in a comment below.

I used Olde Towne bakery for my son's first birthday and I am very disappointed with what was provided. The cupcakes were uneven, poorly iced, and shoved into a container. There was zero uniformity. The cake had very poor workmanship including a black blob of frosting front and center on the cakes super hero belt. I'm following up with OTB by email with pictures as well.
