This is ridiculous! They did my daughter got her lip infection and they say it is just normal and my daughter had painful and she cant eat 3 days in a row already. Even we dont have any apologize from them when i talked to them! They also say my daughter had the infection before she went to them! BAD JOBS! Waste Money! I took my daughter to Urgent care. Doctor said her lips got infected. They also denied the paperwork of the Doctor in Urgent care.
RecommendedSo sad to go. Our kiddos have been going here for over five years! Love the staff and dentists, but unable to make an appointment! Had appointment in March and the could not schedule our six month cleaning because their schedule was not out. Called at end of May to schedule for September and they have nothing until December. Would have loved to continue our loyalty, but don't want to put off tooth care an extra three months.
RecommendedAll staff is so friendly and accomodating. Best pediatric dentist in Oakland county!!! They are patient and great with ALL ages of kids!! And even if your kids really hates the dentist no matter what...... they work GREAT through tears too!!!
RecommendedWe had scheduled our recall cleanings 6 months ago. It turned out that when the appointment date was approaching, my son had a basketball game for the same time. I called to see if any earlier appointment were available. Dr. Maxwell agreed to come in earlier on Saturday so that my son could keep his appointment and make it to his basketball game! This goes above and beyond the wonderful dental care we receive at the office every visit.
