Hello I'm new to these apartments! My brother and I, We moved in this Saturday! So far it's been pretty okay! However I can't find anyone to hangout with! Anyone looking for friends? 18+
Save your money and look somewhere else. � TERRIBLE bug problems (bedbugs, fleas, earwigs and spiders), lack of competent management, and the windows aren't sealed so mold WILL grow inside of the apartment. (This was the occasion in 2 different apartments in different buildings) Other than that the floor plans were decent!
If you like bland apartments and staff that will fuck you over because a stain means you have to replace the carpet then this shit hole for you.
We have enjoyed our time at Old Monterey. Pool and grounds are well kept. Maintenance comes when called. Apartment is comfortable. Simply a nice place to live for not much money.
I don't know why there's a 2 star overall rating - everyone knows this place is an awesome place! And it's always been so. A youngish community, a freakin' pool, well maintained buildings and landscape!? Yusss! *Edited on 5/25/18 I'm actually changing my review of this place - they denied me AND my friend housing based upon a non-violent felony which I've completed my time for years ago. What made this so bad was that my friend was felony-free, yet they STILL declined his $20 application because of MY past! Screw this place!
For apartments that supposed to be good,they have to be piss poor for making that man take down his flag,you should loose all of your tenants and any future tenants.
How offensive to our veterans and their families! You should be ashamed of yourselves.
