Honestly, dont do it!!! They will show you a great apartment, move in and then the first night you'll have roaches. The pest control does a poor job which forces you to hire outside work. They'll lure you in with GREAT DEALS, NEW SECURED LOCKS, but trust and believe, its NOT worth it because you are sharing the place with the roaches living in the walls! No matter how clean you are, no matter how much bleach, roach killer etc you use, THEY KEEP COMING BACK!!!! The office never answers their phones. THE PARKING SUCKS! if you ... read more
2 years and counting I’m not sure about everyone else, but I enjoy living here. The apartment I am in is very quiet, with only the usual daytime and evening noise of cars coming and going, trash being collected in the dumpster close by, and children and families walking around the neighborhood. I love deep in the complex, away from the pool though. I like how mostly soundproof the apartment is. Enter at your own risk DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! This apartment may look great on the outside but messy on the inside. There are constant roach infestations, and you try everything to get rid of them but it keeps coming back. The parking is horrible at night, sometimes you have to park outside of the apartment complex and walk. Work orders never are complete you have to constantly keep calling and asking if someone is going to fix the problems. Diappointing The staff is arrogant. The Management really need to fire nearly all of them. You will not get anything done. The office never picks up the phone. Maintenance is another big issue. Again, several phone calls would not do anything, you need to come and talk firmly to them. Even so, it takes forever to get things done.
Rude Management Please look somewhere else if you can. The apartments are nice as such but the people at the resident services are so rude and unfriendly. Forget about getting anything done, they can't even just talk to you nicely when you go there for anything. They don't show any flexibility to help you if you request them something, just simply snap at you with some rigid and weird rule. Security is a major concern Security is almost non-existence in the apartment complex. There has been a number of burglary in the last 6 months. The staff is arrogant. You will not get anything done. The office never picks up the phone.
