horrible management, waste of money. I was in the process of moving into this apartments earlier this year. I didn’t hear back from them until i called them several times to verify everything was still ok for me to move in. I spoke with them the weekend prior to the move in day and I was assured the apartment was going to be ready. They wanted me to sign the lease before seeing the unit, I told them I would not sign anything until I inspected the unit. Verified Renter Highly dont recommend unless you are okay with them patching everything. Nothing is ever replaced. There is black mold in AC vent & all under sink & it has not been addressed...but they have been notified multiple times.

Horrible Customer Service I have never lived here but I did not have a pleasant process while trying to tour the facility. I called twice a day for 3 days to try and schedule an appointment no answer. So on Wednesday I went online to book the tour and received an email stating a member from the leasing team would need to get in contact with me to confirm appointment and go over something’s with me. Verified Renter Very bad experience lived in this residence, I do not recommend it as long as the management does not solve the theft problems that exist within the property. my house, my cars were stolen and no one took responsibility for it, it is not a safe place to live
Verified Renter There is no maintenance concerning cleaning the buildings. The building corridors are always dirty. Nobody comes to clean and when you call them to come and clean sometimes they dont come or they do the way they did at this time which they basically took the trash from the third floor and pushed it and placed on the first. My opinion is: stop asking for so many fees from your residents if we are the ones actually sweeping the floor.
