Extremely Disappointed with Maintenance Response and Communication I rarely leave reviews, but after months of waiting with no resolution, I feel it’s important to share my experience. I use to love living here but it has changed! I’ve admired Old Farm Apartments since 2015, often passing by and dreaming of living here. In 2020, I finally moved in, but I’ve stayed more out of convenience than satisfaction. Unfortunately, the building has declined over the years (despite some efforts to improve), but the management's services fall short in many areas. Poor Management Staffs are uneducated and poor management, this apartment has a lot of issue from price to maintenance, trashes, Roaches

Internet connectivity Issue and Pool closed mostly Most of the IT team members are work from home. So internet connection should be good but here monthly four times we are facing this issue, but from apartment side they are forcing us to take aerwave connection eventhough we are not interested . Management Apartment management is unprofessional. I ordered maintenance but no one showed up. went to the office multiple times the same story. no one came. this Apartment has really poor customer service.

Cockroaches, disrespect, scam I had very bad experience with this location .. they just don't respect you and I have been requesting service in my kitchen since August 2020 .. Cockroaches infected all the building.
Worst Place to live First of all, I honestly don’t understand how Old Farm is almost 5 stars. I believe that the management is the one commenting because believe me, nobody would give not even 3 stars to this apt complex. The management is very rude and unprofessional. horrible management, waste of money. I was in the process of moving into this apartments earlier this year. I didn’t hear back from them until i called them several times to verify everything was still ok for me to move in. I spoke with them the weekend prior to the move in day and I was assured the apartment was going to be ready. They wanted me to sign the lease before seeing the unit, I told them I would not sign anything until I inspected the unit.
