Verified Renter It's a nice place to live for the money. It's mostly quiet except for a few noisy neighbors, but everyone is respectful for the most part. Some of the office staff are nice and helpful, but others aren't, and overall they could do a better job at communicating.

Verified Renter Management policies are not tenant friendly. Maintenance people are polite but not the office staff. They make me feel as if they are doing me a favor by allowing me to live here while I pay rent on time and in full.
