I liked it especially the onion rings ! And service was great !
The service was excellent. The food was perfect. Love the chicken apple salad.
I always have had Great service and Food at Down town and at East Kellogg establishments but everytime I go to the west Tyler one .My Food is Cold and service Sucks!! So I will stick to the East and Downtown Old Chicago. Never going Back to West!!
I think you should take Double Deckeroni Pizza off your menu. We ordered it for carry out for 3rd time today & got a regular Pepperoni. Have to wonder if you bank on folks not noticing till they get home & not wanting the hassle of returning it, etc. It's also happened twice at dine in. It's a family favorite but I think 5 tries is 4 too many. Don't offer an item if you don't want to sell it.
Had to go ask for service after sitting and waiting and seeing 2 tables seated after us getting service...will NOT come to this location again...not the first time we've had bad service here....there will not be a 3rd time....ridiculous!
