Terrible management service. Will not be back to this Old Chicago.
Bad service...long wait time, forgotten appetizer, no refills until asked, wrong food. The manager was even worse in his attempt to apologize as the server bickered to him in front of us. I was there to celebrate my birthday but ended up very disappointed choosing not even to get dessert. I won’t return due to unprofessional management.
So delicious!!
Not a dog friendly patio. Won’t be back until that changes.
