Great people. And in the few cases they get the order wrong, they always make it right without having to negotiate.
Awesome food, and a great staff! Never had a bad experience and the wait time is usually shorter than the time they tell you it's going to be!
Well, I have been a patron of the West Wichita Old Chicago for a couple years & I have to say Preston Spencer is one of the best bartenders I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He is on top of his game all the of time!

This place is horrible. Terrible service and management. If you like long waits and cold food, this is the place for you.
