Upon arrival to the restaurant we were welcomed and seated, however.. after waiting 30 minutes to even order the server forgot to place mine and everyone else’s were placed. The other adults received their plates while mine didn’t arrive until we were asking for the check... I was annoyed.. however they took mine off of the bill. I ordered a two topping individual pepperoni and sausage pizza, chicago style. The pizza had the potential to be excellent but you can tell it was just thrown together. I also ordered chicken wings. I should have ordered them well done but they are still pretty good. The applewood bbq sauce is a yummy tangy bbq!
Came in and it was busy for Friday night which is normal for a popular restaurant. Greeted with a warm welcome by a friendly host named Constance. She quoted me a 10-15 minute seating time and I was sat in 7. My server’s name was Tina and she was very wonderful! Even when it got a little busier for her, she still made the extra effort to make sure I was okay and I had everything I needed. Also I had help from the To-go employee named Alex! Went on the 19th of March 2018 and really enjoyed the Calzone’s we had. The food as a whole was great and will be back again when I visit Louisville again.
Disappointing. No Concierge to greet & seat guests - waited to long to be seated. The problem is crappy management. Food came out before salads. Spaghetti pie (recipe has changed & not for the better) was barely warm in the middle. General manager “graciously” took $2.99 off the tab for one of the salads. Won’t be going back.
