The food was not the best. Mediocre at best for the price.
It took 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was seated at a table. Then when a server finally acknowledged me, they didn’t even apologize for the wait. I get that severs get busy and can be understaffed, but to have multiple servers walk past me without even acknowledging me or saying we will be right with you. Not a great experience.
We were at Old Chicago in Jtown last weekend & the food was great. Our server was Frank & he was awesome.

Yes, the food is delicious. Large portions, the best sweet tea and the service bison point. I wiil go there again

Arrived with a few folks in right at 1130. Wanted the buffet. Had to wait 15 minutes on more pizza. Pizza was ok. Bad part was by the time fresh pizza was available I was full on cheese sticks. Probably won’t be back.
went there last night. staff seemed pretty busy, but they did not let it affect the service quality. our server was Karla and she was outstanding! she had us cracking jokes with her, laughing, and enjoying the experience! I hope she's fairly compensated, she deserved it! worked super hard on a Sunday night. I know I wouldn't be so outgoing if I were working late on a Sunday. great job!
the hostess was sweet and got our drinks for us but we sat there and waited and waited no one ever came to our table to take our food orders, bad buisness!!!
