literally listening to my cousin and his boyfriend receive the worst service ever��� 15 minutes for a sever to greet them and then 4 minutes for the manager to show up. wonder if it's because they're black or gay . not an establishment i would be ok giving money to
Ruined my girlfriend's birthday dinner. Came in tonight and stood at the front at the sign that's says "please wait to be seated" and was there for 15 minutes. We were the only ones waiting and a bunch of seats were open so it's not like they were busy. There was no one at the front to greet and seat us. Tried waving down other workers but they just looked and turned their heads and walked away. So just left and will not be returning.
My food was good but the waitress was unattentive. My friend ordered soup and she did not bring a spoon. My friend asked for a spoon and she forgot and never brought it. By the time she came back my friend gave her back the soup because it was cold. She also ordered a wrap and they brought her a salad. When waitress brought checks she didn’t say Thank you or come back and see us or anything.
Went there last Night for my birthday it was awesome food was great Chicago deep dish pizza can't wait to go back
Ran introduced me to this restaurant and the Italian nachos, A real tasty alternative to a meal... An appetizer that will serve 3-4 very easily. Will return.
Great food, great beer selection, great atmosphere.
Best burgers for it to be a pizza place! That whiskey burger is life!
First time ever at Old Chicago!!!! Great place to hangout!!!!! Service was great!!!!
