This is the 2nd time with horrible service, they cant find the order, no food is ready at pickup time, rude service. Really done with this resturant and people.

I had never been and never had Chicago style pizza. My husband and I met a friend to watch the UofL game and he had never been there before either. We tried to order the Chicago crust pizza at 3pm on a Saturday and they were out???? That's like Burger King being out of burgers. No real apology and no manager to come by and explain. It was the whole reason we came here so we had to order something else. I got the personal sized veggie pizza on hand tossed crust. It was terrible.
