Recommendedawesome care very caring people
Portneuf is the worst hospital in the world. Their staff is awful and has no empathy. They are lazy and downright rude. They don't listen and don't care about their patients. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone. I've never had a good experience here. Pocatello needs to build a new hospital because Portneuf is absolutely horrific.
RecommendedThe care was excellent from the entering to exiting the Medical Center. The Physician Assistant Amber was courteous, diagnosed quickly and took action on medications. The CNA was excellent as well.
RecommendedAll the nurses, nursing assistants. PT, housekeeping were wonderful. and the food was great. Everyone seems to love working here.

RecommendedDr. Hanson is the one I was referred too for my hip. He was amazing right off the bat, he broke down all of my options so that I would fully understand what was best. I ultimately decided on surgery and I'm so glad I did. He took great care of me and his staff was incredible. I would always get a call back on the day I called. I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you for all that you have done for me.
