The patient care that we received from the ER nurse Rebecca on Sunday morning was the worst care I have ever witnessed in a hospital or doctor setting. She paid no attention to the notes that her predecessor left before she arrived for the 7 o'clock a.m. shift. She was not helpful nor was she sincere. I would take my husband anywhere else before I would go to the Seton Medical Center in Harker Heights Texas.

Recommendedjust got home from a 3 day stay here after havi g my beautiful daughter by way of c-section and it was an awesome experience the staff made sure I was comfortable with everything and explained everything that was going on over those three days in depth and sometimes more than once when I needed lol. they took amazing care of me, my baby, and my fiance. the c-section went so well and I was so scared but the staff was enlightened and cheerful throughout the whole thing and really encouraged me to be the same way. thank you all... read more

Receptionist is rude Tracy Oros nurse practitioners not helpful and has attitude problems ! Don’t come here they don’t do anything for you Just go straight to ER !!!
The care took a little longer than I expected, but the service was great. Matt was great help in reassuring me that the doctor was working his way towards my care. The PA Scott was fantastic and quick as well.
I was very impressed with the service I received when I went in the clinic yesterday. All of the staff was friendly and efficient, but Trevor stood out as the best! He was professional, caring, and friendly. He went beyond what was required and helped me get some records that I needed, as well as doing his other tasks. He is a valuable asset to the company!
