This is why you are getting all the bad reviews. We might not all know Nick personally but all of us go to car shows, are in the car community and now will no longer use this car wash. Do I think using the vacuum and not washing your car is OK, no it's not. But calling the cops like a kindergartner telling the teacher on someone is poor business. And based on all the reviews way before his, this happens alot.
They have a policy that you must wash and then vacuum, If you try to vacuum before you wash they will kindly call the police on you. This is a horrible policy and a horrible business, why would you go out of your way to harass customers? Most people that care want to do the interior first and then wash so they don't track water back in the car. I love seeing a business acquire bad reviews because of how they treat customers. He offered to pay for the wash, and then continue vacuuming. That seems like a good compromise instead of loosing out on business. Will be passing the word on base to make the drive to the one farther down sooner or just utilize the wash on base. Quality over convenience! #notmyokieexpress

You guys should be ashamed for calling the cops on someone that just decided tp vacuum first and then wash a car, thats just dumb
Wash left unacceptable amount of hard water all over truck.
Bad customer service. They will cal the police on you if you vacuum first. Even if you pay for the car wash before. �
