I love this location!!! Michael is my favorite employee at this location. Always friendly and ensures that I walk away a happy customer. The vacuums always work as well as the tire shine (which is NOT the case at many of their competitors!). I will continue to visit this location and even drive out of my way just to use THIS ONE!!!! This place sucks! The employees are rude!! Very unprofessional i would say they need a lesson in customer service!
This place sucked and the rude employees working should be fired. Someone who is judgmental, rude with a power trip.
So I always go to this car wash and never have problems until now. Got my car cleaned on Sunday and the machine scratched the hell out of my hood, we filed a report they took pictures, went back today to see the manager Daniel Negahnquet and he wouldn't do anything trying to claim the hood scratches were impossible for his machine to do, so we went through the wash with him and showed exactly where the brushes caused the scratches and he saw it, he proceeded to get very quite and stop saying anything after seeing the cause o... read more
