Just saw a horrible form of racism! Woman pulls up in a Cadillac (car looked brand new), washes her car, and continues to vacuum her car. Employee comes over and accuses her of not paying for her car wash!! Her car was dripping water and she just left the wash bay. How in the world are you going to accuse an obvious customer of not paying?!?! This is unacceptable and I am sick of watching racist actions!!! I just left your Southside okc location because I was told I can't vacuum my car out first then get my car washed. This is how I've cleaned my car for years hard work first then a automatic wash. Two employees approach me and attempted to dictate my routine car care for years. I will no longer spend any of my earnings at any okie car washes. Love this place! Always friendly people and the grounds are always clean.
My family loves this place. The car wash always gets our cars clean and the vacuums do a good job also. We love the light show..

I have gone to this car wash four or five times. I didn't realize that my mirrors folded in until the wash folded them for me, so it is definitely strong. It also bends my antenna so I have to take that off beforehand. BUT, it does the job! Gets my car very clean and shiny and the vacuums are great. They have a carpet floor mat cleaner but since mine are vinyl, they took them inside and washed them off for me! My only complaint is that my mirrors and inside my fenders do not get very well and I do a lot of red-mud driving.
I have seen a vehicle damaged from being washed at this facility.
Be careful JEEP Wrangler owners! The wash almost ripped off my fender. The wash fiber got between the metal and the fender. It ripped, thank goodness, or who knows what it would have done.
