Calling the cops for trespassing for a customer wanting to vacuum before washing their car? Good job, you just ruin your business.
They won't let you vacuum before washing your car. I do not want to get water inside my car so I can vacuum.
Horrible services, extremely rude to customers, hope this place gets shut down.
The police were called on me for vacuuming my car before washing. The dude came over with an attitude and i explained that i vacuum before washing so i dont track water on my carpet, i told him i would even go buy the wash then continue to vacuum. He told me no then called the cops on me. After my wash was finished as i pulled out of the bay there was a del city police officer waiting for me and pulled me over then gave me a warning for trespassing and told me im no longer welcome back. Just at this location and Willie hit the start button then attempted to remove the antenna before my van approached the brushes. He was unsuccessful and the brushes bent the threads on my antenna. He tried to straighten them out and put the antenna back on. It was unsuccessful and the guy in charge, Daniel, said there is nothing they can do. You are lying to me. Okie Express, is this how you treat your club members.
I was just at this location and was accused of not paying for a car wash before using the vacuums. My car was dripping with water. I pointed this out to the employee and showed my receipt. She then informed me that the gentleman employee had sent her over to talk with me.
