I drove up today to get my truck washed as I do every other week. A guy who claims is manager said I can’t unless I remove hitch. The hitch it is rolled under the truck as always for last 50 prior times I’ve been here . The so called manager (tweeker) has an attitude said to back up the lane to get out you can’t go through car wash. I will never wash my vehicle again here. There was bird poop all over my car after leaving the wash. I was frustrated but figured whatever, I'd just take it somewhere else. I never even left the lot, and went back and asked for a refund, and the guy just looks at me and says, "I can't refund you, can I have my soap back?" Which made me mad and I didn't handle it well. RecommendedI've been coming here since the car wash opened, coming weekly to clean my three cars including a unmarked police car. Several months ago on a weekend, i paid and the employee Brian figured that I had came through without paying. which is impossible. it was not a pleasant exchange of words. So today Brian recognized me and apologized for how he came across. That shows you people do remember when their wrong. Brian thanks for your apology.

It's been raining for what seems like eternity.. and I've been hanging on to my "rain check" reciept.. of course today has been the first day the sky isn't falling. I brought my receipt in and Zack promptly took care of me.. Said he totally understood and got me fixed up with no grief! Great way to do business, and done with a smile!

Stop with the copy/paste response to every bad review. I was looking for a car wash with a membership and thought about checking this place out. I go to their website and they have an SQL error showing on screen. I try to reload the web page and get sent to popup hell. I come here to see what others think of them and see nothing but terrible reviews and instead of trying to fix the issue they just post the same old BS over and over again. Thanks but no thanks. Keep your free towels and better your customer service.
