The front desk lady is incredibly rude. My mom has a broken tooth and has been calling for weeks now, and each time she either yells at her or like today, was rude and said “oh this is sudden you can’t just do that! The dentist likes a schedule!” Yeah, that’s why we’ve been trying to set up appointments and seeing what can be done. I wish I could give this place a better review after being a client for about about 9 years. I'm 2023 I had some personal issues cause me to have to cancel and I was not able to go back. Due to some issues with a crown that was placed I tried to go back to them. I was told that I would have to go through the process of being a client.
