In May of 2025 as i was on my way to work my bottom denture broke in my mouth and I wasn't eating anything but air,I took them to oic dental to be repaired 2weeks later I received them only for the same thing to happen again in the exact same place. Oic made a cast of my upper and lower and I still haven't received them yet. No contact on their part just notes they leave to one another with false statements. The front desk lady is incredibly rude. My mom has a broken tooth and has been calling for weeks now, and each time she either yells at her or like today, was rude and said “oh this is sudden you can’t just do that! The dentist likes a schedule!” Yeah, that’s why we’ve been trying to set up appointments and seeing what can be done. (And all she was doing was asking if she would be able to talk to the dentist about it since she has an upcoming appointment for another issue).
