Nicole Habit, PMHNP is absolutely amazing! She listens and actually takes time with you. The office staff is really nice and welcoming. The only downside is that it took forever to get counseling in place and it was "outsourced" to another office not associated with OIC; it had awful reviews and lived up to it. We can work with that though. I would definately recommend.

The nurse NEVER answers the phone. What could she be doing? It's not like she's doing bedside nursing in a busy hospital! If you don't like speaking to customers find another job!
