ORM has been a true blessing in our lives. While we do not yet know the outcome of our current procedure, we could not be more satisfied. Dr. Londra, her nurse Sally, the IVF nurses Holly and Laqueena, Quest lab phlebotomists, the nurse in charge of RX’s and shot class Dawn, the front desk staff, Dr. Longstreth the counselor, and every doctor in the practice, have been amazing. We feel cared for, that we are not “just a number”, and that they want this to work. They have the same goal that we do and we are a team!
Dr Kennard helped my husband and I get our first rainbow 2 years ago, and we are hopeful she will help us with our second this year thru IVF. Can't praise the staff enough for their patience and compassion through this difficult journey
The IVF process can be extremely involved and stressful. I have had the opportunity to encounter a lot of people that work at ORM. From Dr. Schmidt, his nurses Kathy and Jackie, the IVF nurses, and Keri in billing have all been so helpful and kind. I can not tell you the number of emails that I have exchanged with Dawn. She is probably one of the most patient people I know. She also helped me navigate my coverage and worked to save me a great deal of money. The team at ORM goes above and beyond to help you.
They helped us achieve our dream. We just had a perfect little girl. 6 pounds 14 ounces 21 inches long.
No matter how this journey ends I can’t thank Dr Grant Schmidt enough for making this as stress free as possible. I am thankful for healthcare professionals who are so caring.
Since the new year, there was a change in the coverage relating to the medications I am on. Dawn has been a HUGE help in getting all of my meds moved and corrected! All her extra efforts have allowed me to stay as stress free as possible in a relatively stressful time. Thanks Dawn!
My IVF experience wasn't the best, but we did end up having our baby boy through the gift of their donor embryo program. God bless my sons selfless biological mother and father, for they gave us the best gift of all, him.
