If you enjoy being treated like a number and not a human being, you would love it here. If you enjoy being completely ignored by the billing department (even when you show up in person) this place is for you. If you want to be treated with compassion and understanding and feel like you are being looked at as an individual then you should probably go elsewhere. This place is absolutely terrible when it comes to billing. I was given an estimate of what I needed to pay for an IUI procedure, I paid the amount I was given then a month later they sent me a bill for the IUI I thought I had already paid for. When I called the billing department I was told they used my money for “Other things”. Dr. Schmidt and his staff have been wonderful! I went to him in 2016 and had my daughter in 2017 and now am expecting baby #2!!!! I highly recommend ORM!!
I can honestly say I’ve never experienced customer service like i have at ORM. I called the billing department and received a call back. As soon as i answered the person on the other end of the line was yelling at me. Several times when i went for appointments the lady at the front desk was beyond rude. Not only did i pay for several services here that my new doctors office was able to get covered by my insurance, i was also treated with so much disrespect. Nothing but problems trying to work with them. Rude staff. Even left a message asking for management to call back. no return call. Seriously just answered my Facebook message question (when can i return a call back) with an emoji. this one :🤷♀️. super unprofessional. moving on!
amazing amazing amazing. doctor Rossi is beyond words can describe !!!!! blessed to have such a amazing doctor who's compassionate yet walks you through every step and her nurses are beyond amazing as well
Both internal communication between employees, as well as communication to patients is lacking. Saw a different doc nearly every visit. Care and technology is adequate, but I was always wondering what next and had to keep calling and keep "pestering". If I hadn't been through IVF elsewhere, we would have been totally lost.
