This was a terrible and horrible experience. The doctors here don't seem to know what they are doing. They totally botched my wife's egg retrieval. The only thing they said we could do is start completely over. And of course now that we have no money left they want nothing to do with us. I really want to sue them but my wife wants to put the whole experience behind us. So I thought it best to warn as many people as possible away from this place. This place was an absolute nightmare.
My wife and I love love love Dr Rossi. She has what most doctors lack on and that is a big and compassionate heart. She really cares about her patients and is always very optimistic and explains everything in a way you can easily understand it. I wish there were more doctors like her, if we have a daughter we are going to name her after her. We are very grateful to have met Dr Rossi. Highly recommend! Doctors are honest and put all their efforts, hard work and let the patient know the possible option in first attempt. Mine was Dr. Kennard was leading. Dr. Schimdt and Dr. Friedman also worked on me. All doctors are very experienced and professional. My nurse Terry used to call me back if she is busy with patient and doesn’t pick the call.
