Not open every day so when a patient needs to be seen, they have to wait. And for a woman who desperately wants a baby, waiting can delay her for months and months. If you aren't going to be open every day that's fine, but don't say that you will be. Let people know so they can go elsewhere to a clinic that actually cares about what they are going through
Dr. Elizabeth Kennard is the doctor I ended up with. She is horribly unprofessional. In August I went for a consultation which is mandatory to establish yourself as a new patient. She questioned why I haven't come to her sooner since we've been trying for so long. I explained that my gynecologist used to do the IUI in his office but his machine broke and he decided to not repair it. Thus I was referred out. Horrible bedside manner and condescending interactions with several of the staff. Was told if I’d “just get pregnant” I wouldn’t have to keep enduring treatments.

The picture indicates “since 1994”, but I started seeing Dr. Schmidt in November of 1992 and gave birth to a set of healthy, but a bit early, Triplets in December of 1993. Wonderful staff, wonder treatment, highly recommend.
Oh my goodness! I am so blessed that Dr. Williams made me a mother on August 14, 2019. After 10 years, 4 storms, I am now celebrating our very special rainbow baby. Thank you so much to him and his awesome team!! Never give up. Here is a photo of my rainbow baby boy.
After 6 years with another practice, I decided to give ORM a chance. Three different people recommended this practice to me before I made an appointment. First month and round with Dr. Schmidt, we were pregnant!!!! So very thankful for his knowledge and listening ear.
I wasn’t sure if I was going to like ORM but Dr Kennard was great. Terry and Lisa her nurses are great as well as well as the IVF nurse Holly. I ended up getting hyper stim and they took great care of me and were really genuine about getting me better. My son is almost a month old and I have him thanks to everyone at ORM!
Dr. Schmidt was absolutely amazing with us! His entire staff was great! I am currently 14w with a miracle, all thanks to them! It was a long process, but so worth it! Our first IUI, and it was a success! Completely recommend this office!!
