Very well organized efficient office. Dr Van Steyn is decisive, explains things very clearly and does a great job giving injections!!

I am generally pleased with the doctors that I have seen at Orthopedic One. They are kind, considerate and very caring about your condition. I just have problems getting in to see a doctor. I made an appointment for February back towards the end of October and was called this month to schedule out further. The people that call you are not considerate or caring. Warning, be very careful if you have a complex medical history or more than one problem as you will only be seen as a single aspect of your body, not an entire whole entity.

Love Dr.Scott VanSteyn! I've been going to him for quite a few years now for knee arthritis and now we're trying the gel knee injections. He's pretty gentle, even for a big baby like me!

Efficient, professional, personable and fantastic at what they do. I shopped around before getting my back surgery in 2006 and Dr Herceg was hands down the best choice for me. I was correct and returned last year for elbow surgery with Dr Latshaw. Both doctors treated me as if I were a family member and I am so impressed with my outcome. This is one of a few doctors office that I actually get seen at the time I scheduled my appointment. Thank you!

Overall I was very pleased with staff and the results. However since my EOB's are just now coming in it seems that charges were not the same for all of my visits although in my mind they were all the same. They did the same thing at each appointment (except the first evaluation). So when they showed me how to massage my IT band I was not aware this would be "extra". Went to Orthopedic One today , I wasn't happy at all! I don't think there is a doctor out there anymore that actually listens, It's all about pills and how fast they can get you in and out.
