Had a very serious meniscal root avulsion repaired yesterday by Dr. Barker. Everything went very smoothly and I'm already walking around pretty good today with crutches. The staff was wonderful and very professional.

After a bad fall in December, I found myself in need of an Orthopedic Surgeon. When I called, the Scheduling Department was very Courteous and Professional. They got me in within 2 days. When I saw Dr. VanSteyn, he took his time with the examination He explained that I needed a MRI. I was scheduled soon after. On the day of testing, the staff were excellent. Warning For Profit they don't care. Office staff acts like you're an inconvenience. Takes multiple visits before you will see someone who will care for you. Which means lots of co-pays.

Worst experience ever with this practice. First doctor I saw was uncaring and down right mean when it came to my pain and my feeling. He man handled me, then made me feel like it was my fault he could not examine me, while I sat there crying in pain. Then he had the nerve to ask me why I was crying. I complained and got to see a different doctor. He was great, but he staff was terrible. I asked them to turn in FLMA paperwork for me so I would not lose my job due to the time I had missed so far.
