**Amended to 2 stars due to wonderful response from customer service** If you want a doctor that cares at all about you or your health DO NOT go to Ortho One! I cannot speak for all of the doctors here but Triffon is honestly one of the least attentive doctors I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I went for tibial pain and a muscle injury. He did x-rays (of course because that's where the $$ is) and didn't see anything so he just said "rest it". He didn't give me ANY advice on how to begin the healing process, no ... read more

Not only did I arrive even earlier than the suggested 1/2 hour, but was kept waiting 45 minutes past my appointment and never did see the doctor. We were told, Oh, he typically runs 45 minutes late. That is rude and arrogant. It cost my husband 4 hours of overtime this morning, plus the time and gas to drive an hour to the appointment. You have LOST our business and we will NOT recommend you to anyone. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

What can I say besides the best doctors I have been seeing my orthopedic doctor for over 21 years. I just had Carpal Tunnel surgery on 4/24/15 and I was treated like royalty in the surgical center.
Have had a few sports related injuries over the years and trust my Dr. to take care of me with forward thinking knowledge and experience. Very clean and organized place. Athletes trust O1.
Dr's and staff are amazing! Very attentive & caring. From our experiences, Dr Marlo Van Steyn did an incredible job on my hand surgery as did Dr Unverferth for my husband's knee. They are truly the best when it comes to orthopedic medicine!

Brad Six I want to thank dr. Sahai, his staff, my rehab people and the great people at Riverside. I've had both my hips replaced and it has given me my life back. I can do things that I haven't been able to do in 5 to 10 years. I can stand, walk, sleep, sit, work out with weights and work in the yard with no pain killers, or bed ridding pain for 2 or 3 days after. Wonderful doctors, but you better make sure your insurance deductible is paid prior to any visit! $502 for a molded plastic wrist splint that took 10 minutes to make.
