The only great thing about the room was it was very convenient location. You can walk ANYWHERE. Great food nearby. The only downside you can hear EVERY little noise possible. Everything from outside to people above you banging around at all hours of the day/night. It's a great place overall very friendly staff. Just not a good place if you're not used to a lot of noise.

I certainly don't consider $640 a good value for 1 rm 2 people 4 nights a good value. Is the parking free? Well yeah... if they have any available. It's first come first serve and often full. I have to admit there was a fresh coat of paint but that did not offset the filthy carpet. It is an older building and it is one of the noisiest places I have ever stayed. Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback. Unfortunately, we are located off of a busy street in Downtown Chicago which has its pros and cons. It can get a bit noisy because of the street traffic, but that also means that we are easliy accessable and also are located near a ton of wonderful restraunts and local attractions. I am so sorry that your experince was dampened by our other guests. We sincerely apologize and hope that there is a way that we can make your next stay more comfortable.
Location location location. Great place to stay in the city free parking is the closer on this place. Very good price for what you get stayed there the last 3 times we visited the city. Short walks to to the l. And lots of stuff close by to walk to. My only complaint the first 2 times was the a/c was always too warn but was working great yesterday. It's not the ritz but it is well worth the reasonable cost to stay.
