We enjoyed our stay there. The parking lot got crowded during New Year's but the staff was good on moving cars to let u out. The lady who works the evening shift was very nice. I think her name was Paulina! 👍
Every one at the front desk was super helpful and nice. The hotel is located within walking distance of anything that you would want to do in Chicago and the fact that there is free parking is a plus. we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were super clean. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
My sister and I always stay here when we do our annual Chicago trip. Clean rooms, free parking, close to pretty much everything down town. Friendly staff however the check-room is TINY. Claustrophobic when more than one group is trying to check-in. The views are okay if you get the front facing rooms. Highly recommend if you don't want to spend a lot of money but still want to stay safe and close to everything.
