OCI did a great job on my Home Inspection. They did a great job and made sure I understood everything that needed worked on in the house I will be buying. Our inspector Craig was very personable and made sure to explain things on a level I was able to understand. A++

I had my home inspection done by this company and was very happy with their service. They have current and advanced technology allowing them to inspect your home in excellent detail. They we incredibly knowledgeable in the topic, different loan types, and the safety requirements for a home. As a first time home owner I had several questions and the inspector was very open to each one. They are very personable and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I am a first-time homebuyer who was nervous about the process. Craig's professionalism, honesty, and obvious expertise put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything in terms that I could understand, and he communicated with me in a timely manner at every step of the process. I ended up withdrawing my offer for reasons unrelated to the inspection, but I know I will hire Craig again to inspect the property I do end up buying.
