Craig inspected our house during the purchase process. Craig comes equipped with the latest technologies and can inspect houses quickly and efficiently. Craig uses drones and FLIR camera's to give the buyers great perspectives. Overall, I am extremely thankful we used Craig for our house inspection.

Extremely professional and friendly business. They conducted a thorough inspection for us for one home , we decided not to purchase that home . But when we found the home we truly wanted they offered us a discount with our next inspection. Craig was also very helpful to answer any questions we had. Cindy was also very helpful replying to any questions or concerns I had via email quickly. If we ever went through the home buying process again, we'd definately use Ohio certified home inspections again!

Ohio Certified Home & Termite Inspections did a fantastic job for my wife and I. Craig was nothing short of professional. He was so warm and made sure that I understood each aspect of the inspection. I arrived at the scheduled time, but Craig had already been there for quite some time, and had pretty much wrapped up his inspection by the time I got there. Hours after the inspection, a detailed summary of of the findings were sent to my e-mail.
