I don't usually write reviews, I am not easy to please, and I am extremely satisfied with my inspection. Craig and his son were professional, friendly, and efficient. Craig pointed out several critical items that needed addressing, stuff I never would have found on my own. Do you want to know if somebody takes pride in their work? Look at the quality of their tools.

The team at Ohio Certified Home and Termite Inspections are dedicated, professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. Extremely easy to work with and you can't beat the price. They even have a military discount. I highly recommend this team of professionals.

The best, Craig went above and beyond. I would hire Ohio Certified again in a minute. Inspection was thorough and complete. For a minor issue identified Craig came back and fixed it. Now, in today's world anyone who does this 'above and beyond' customer service deserves a shout out. Hire Ohio Certified with confidence in their knowledge, thoroughness and customer service. I was very impressed and thankful with the services I received from Ohio Certified Inspections! The inspection was very thorough and Craig and his son did a fantastic job of explaining the findings! I was able to request the items to be repaired by the seller which has saved me over $200 so far and has saved me the hassle of dealing with those problems in the future. I felt like I was treated as family and will recommend them to everyone!

Craig did an amazing job. He was thorough and his report was detailed and easy to read. He explained things to me in an easily understood manner and spent extra time answering questions that weren't related to the inspection. I highly recommend.

I was pleased to work with this family business, they are not only polite and professional but I also sensed good vibes from these people. I was also very pleased to help a small local company, and their fee is reasonable so why would I pick a big company instead? It was a good experience and they filed an excellent comprehensive report.
