Ohio Certified Home Inspections where able to timely come out to a home I was purchasing. The inspector was very genial and thorough and encouraged me to ask questions. The inspector personally called me several days afterwards to follow-up and to inquire if I had any questions. I was impressed with the amount of time spent on documenting issues within my prospective home. Over 50 photos were taken; photos of the roof were taken via a drone. As a first time home owner, the whole process was very new to me, but when it came to the inspection, I couldn't of got luckier. Very thorough and provided detailed explanations of everything. Will definitely be using him again for my next home purchase.

I've worked with Craig on multiple purchases. He's been great on each one of them. He always takes the time to explain things like current codes, insulation and any potential future issues. He's got all the fancy gadgets and uses them while making his explanations. I'll use him on all my home purchases.
