Worst place to live. Bugs / mice are just roaming in the apartments. No proper management. No proper water supply.
Nice and pleasant place for students who are in Dal and SMU.
Living at 5651 Ogilvie Street has been an absolute nightmare. The water supply is frequently disrupted without any prior notice, and the elevator is almost always out of service. These recurring issues make day-to-day life here incredibly stressful. The lack of communication from the management is appalling. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Deanna and Ryan for their dedicated and committed work. To the leadership of Universal: when you do good things, people notice. The residents always have a clear eye, and when you’re doing well, everyone can see it. Otherwise, they simply leave.
