Dr. Monroe and his PICU staff were incredible. They were kind and effective in their work. Their respiratory therapists Steve and Kelly were so patient with our baby. The PICU nurses Mckell, Jean, Cheryl, Katherine, Sherise, Shelby, and the rest of this amazing staff. Kayden from the ER who is the blood drawing guru whom I was so grateful he was there when we came. We were there for four days and they kept on amazing me with their kindness. I loved it there. My experience at Timpanogos Regional Hospital was definitely a positive one. Everyone from the admitting receptionist to the nurses was supportive, positive, helpful, kind, respectful and responsive. I spent one night at the hospital after my procedure and can honestly say my entire experience was worthy of a five-star rating on every level!

My 3 month old baby recently had RSV. I took her to urgent care who referred us to the ER. I was closest to Timpanogos, so I went there. I found out it's the only hospital is Utah county that has pediatric intensive care. I was so impressed with the pediatric intensivist, Dr. Monroe, and his staff of nurses. When my baby was in a critical condition I truly felt that we were in good hands, and I truly felt like I could trust them.
