I’ve experienced recurrent miscarriages and after mild crapping 2 days I was getting nervous. I knew it was probably nothing but my nerves were getting the best of me and I was terrified. Everyone was wonderful! I felt silly coming in but they were so understanding. I was apologizing for being silly and the doctor looked at me and said, “if it’s an emergency to you, it’s an emergency to us.” 😭 My husband and I were sold! Fast, thorough, and compassionate care!
I had a kidney stone attack sadly... I tried to get into the Provo ER and they were extremely full and had to ask me to try and wait 45 mins.. I was in a ton of pain..so I came to Timpanogos ER and the staff in the emergency room was amazing and really kind. I really appreciated the care and fast pace they had to get me out of pain. Very very thankful! If this happens again this would be my first choice of hospital!!! Thank you!!!
I had surgery on April 16th and my experience was so much better than I even hoped for!
We have used this hospital from its beginning and have felt that we have in every situation found the staff and facility to meet our expectation. The care in the emergency room is efficient and as a patient we in every instance felt that we were being taken care of by very qualified people. Twice we were taken by ambulance to an other hospital because the specialist needed was not available in Logan.

Absolutely horrible experience. Went to the ER once and have been getting collection calls ever since even though the co pay has been paid and the insurance has paid their half. They are billing me for the "plan discount" which is agreed between insurance and the hospital it is not owed. After speaking with numerous supervisors who agreed they would fix it at line peak now 7 months later it is in collections and they are threatening to hit my credit which has 0 derogatory Mark's. I’m literally in shock at how awesome this hospital is! I am literally sitting in my room not even 24 hours after delivering my baby and this experience has been absolutely amazing. Every nurse i have had so far has been an all star. They are so kind and really do take care of you. I have been able to get a lot of rest they are really respectful and try very hard to accommodate our every need. I will most definitely be coming back here with our next baby!
I'm sitting here waiting to get my stitches out..the monitor says wait time is 8 min..ive been here for about 20 min and I've been the only one this whole time..not impressed at all
