Someone missed up on scheduling. Went for procedure T 6am told we weren’t on the list. When sent back was treated like we made the mistake. The nurses after the procedure were great and Michelle in admitting was great she was working on the problem before we even got there. Also we had preregistered three days prior. Hopefully they can get this problem worked out. Not the first time this has happened.

Great hospital and staff. The very worst billing ever. We called and were quoted a price for an MRI. They weren't the cheapest but they were the closest . Went in and paid cash $350. Then received a bill for another $407 dollars. Oh wait not done yet then received a separate bill for $443 from a different company. What a joke.. There is no course of action I can see that I can take besides letting others know what a TERRIBLE experience we are having with them. And to avoid them when ever possible. I went for an x-ray of my knee.Being a 20 year vet of being a volunteer I loved the way I was treated. And I am sure they treat everyone that way.
Just had my baby delivered here and the nurse/staff were so friendly! they helped us with everything and were always available for questions. The nurses even sent us a hand written letter after congratulating us once again. Honestly if I can I will have all of my children here!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My son had to have an endoscopy, and we had it done at Timpanogos. He was very scared. Everyone at the hospital were so kind and caring for my sweet 12-year-old. They were so attentive and took care of myself and my husband while we waited for my boy to get out of his procedure. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you all so very much!
Took my kid to the ER and the staff was so friendly and supportive!
