I ordered a webcam and got confirmation that it was delivered one day before the actual day. On the day the system said it was ordered it did not arrive. Contacted their 1-800 number and was told that it was on back order! I asked why did the system show that it was delivered to my address. No response. Now 3 -5 weeks for this item that is on back order. At the time of order it showed in stock and out to me in 3 days. They told me an item I needed was in stock and would be delivered by the upcoming Thursday. It never arrived. I called and was told it was waiting for fed ex to pick up so not even shipped yet. Fed ex rep said nothing pending on their end. I told them to refund me but they said they could not because already shipped?! No it has not! You just told me no idea when fed ex will pick up so cancel on your end. Do not use this company.

On December 16, 2019 I ordered the Sauder® Heritage Hill Executive Desk, Classic Cherry from Office Depot for $279.49, as a gift to my sister who is in college. I paid for my order in full at the time I placed it. My ordered was delivered late but eventually arrived on December 31st. Upon delivery I discovered I didn't receive the Sauder Heritage Hill Executive Desk I ordered, but instead a two drawer file cabinet. I am a secretary for an elementary school. I have been trying to obtain a $379.98 refund check from Office Depot since August, 2019. I ordered new office furniture in the amount of $2243.36 on July 16, 2019. I did not receive two bookcases. I was told that I would receive a credit back on my credit card for $379.98 and I would need to reorder two new bookcases. So, that is exactly what I did. Went to the Office Depot located at 910 East Expressway 83, McAllen, TX. Located at the La Tienda Plaza. The cashier asked for my phone number, name, and email. I thought it was just for the receipt. I even said "oh okay so you email the receipt? He said; "yeah". I walked out. Two hours later I start getting emails saying I opened some kind of rewards account!! I purchased the Norton 360 Deluxe on Black Friday of 2019. It was delivered to my house in early December. When I went to install the product on my computer in early January, I discovered that Office Depot never validated the sale with Norton, so the product key I paid for was invalid. With the first phone call on Jan. 5, customer service claimed they would send me a new, valid product key. I never received it. I ordered office furniture for a new office, and ordered online. my delivery date passed, and I received no communication from office depot. I checked the order status for a few days more, each time it saying that my order had been delayed. I finally contacted office depot support and they said my order would not be coming and I would need to reorder, and that they would issue me a refund. after an infuriating half hour talking to support they mentioned that I would need to reorder. I have currently spoken with 12/18/2019 - ***, 12/26/2019 - *** and 12/27/2019 - *** and floor supervisor *** All regarding the same issue; I would like my credit account and my Office Depot account closed. I have been told it would be escalated several times and the account remains opened. Every single time I've contacted customer I have been told it would be handled within "24-48 hours". Office Depot is unable to find any records with just her email address, so we reached out to her and asked for her account number, as well as her full name and address. If she opened an Office Depot credit card, it is funded by Citibank, not Office Depot. If she sends us her information, we let her know we can reach out to Citibank and ask for help on her behalf.

I order my daughter a laptop which was guaranteed next day business delivery. I called to double check it was next day service. The Rep send me an email guaranteeing the laptop would be here on Dec. 23, 2019. Now it Christmas morning and the laptop is sitting in New York. This company is deceptive. They out source the Customer Service Call Center, the Rep told me a bold face lie. I will never shop with this company again!
