Terrible customer service....not enough employees for amount of customers.
I bought my daughter a motorized scooter for Christmas and she probably rode it 4 or 5 times before it stopped working. It only has a 14 day return policy and it was passed 14 days before she even got to open it on Christmas morning. Sincerely, broken hearted little girl.
Be sure to read EVRY WORD on their sales stickers. Otherwise they'll tell you the sale price doesn't apply to what you brought to checkout, even though the sale sticker is on the item you picked up. Very shoddy. I felt like I had been duped. And the manager acted like I was a royal pain in the butt for bringing it to his attention. Not impressed with this store at all! One Star.
