They have great customer service! Bought a desk from them for a Christmas present for my kids. On Christmas Day when we opened the desk to put it together there were 2 pieces that were broken. Contacted the manager who was extremely nice and helpful..she had the broken parts shipped directly to my house and I received them 2 days later. I've had a lot of poor customer service experiences lately so this was refreshing!
Good group of folks here. They really know their stuff!
I have a question. Have you changed the reward program. The reason I am asking I usually receive around $20. a year reward for all the items I buy for my home office in your establishment but as the year is coming to an end, I have as of yet to receive any reward money from you.
