my 83 year old dad was treated very rudely by male employee working printing area this afternoon Thank you to customer that helped my dad..my dad was having trouble figuring out the self service copy machine credit card pay for 16 cents. Cant trust the salesman . here's the deal i bought a desktop computer yesterday and im happy with my purchase ,but before i bouht it the salesman asked me if i wanted microsoft office and antivirus software . i did so he procceeded to tell me that the computer doesn't come with either and i needed to spend 250 extra to get these items . the first lie was there was no anti virus software . windows 10 comes with windows defender so there is in fact a anti virus software that is already installed in the cpu. Not happy. Usually good service, but I was looking for a couple of items, and had two different employees pass me by and they were clearly avoiding me. Oh, well. It’s not even like the store was busy.
