Worst experience I've ever had with any dealership.
James at O'Daniel is the best! My oil change was scheduled for 2PM, but as fate would have it, my 2011 Dodge Nitro decided not to start the morning of my oil change. James sent out a tech to jumpstart my truck. John, the tech, made sure to follow me back to O'Daniel in case I had any trouble on the way. Once at the dealership, James was able to squeeze-in my vehicle for service to the battery AND that oil change I needed.
