It's really bad when you buy a part from them and you find out it isn't what was needed to fix the problem. You take the part back to get a refund and they show you on the receipt that electrical parts are non refundable. I can understand if it had been a couple of days, but this was literally a couple of hours. They should inform the customer prior to purchase, not after the part is brought back. I don't think I have ever had to deal with such a stupid policy in my life. I will NEVER go back there again and I will tell ever... read more

Roberta at Odaniels is the best!!!! My son was about to make the mistake of purchasing vehicle from Craigslist. He was afraid he would not qualify for a loan in order to purchase something more reliable. You get what you pay for and buyer beware. Roberta is very low pressure and extremely knowledgeable.
