Melissa and Elizabeth went above and beyond to make us have the best experience ever! Melissa spent her whole Saturday with us and even stayed over hours after close to finish up paper work and get us in our new ride! The whole entire staff went above and beyond with customer service! I am so happy with how our experience was!!! Although I hope I don't have to car shop for many years to come, I will be shopping with Odaniel again!

Elizabeth was so easy to work with. She showed me how to adjust everything before the test drive, so I felt comfortable. I bought a Renegade that I love.
I dealt with Ashley and Josh and both of them were super informative and nice! This was my first car purchase so I was really nervous! None were pushy and they were both very easy to work with. I love my Mazda! So far I highly recommend this place. :)
We have had the absolute worst experience. We had a minor fender bender. Very minor. A 3-5 day fix. They had my vehicle for over a month now. They couldn’t seem to fix it correctly. They messed up the paint twice. They did put me in a rental for the extended fix time that my insurance company would no longer pay for... HOWEVER they left me stranded at the Fort Wayne airport.
