I was just refused service for my sick 8 month old child .. he has a runny nose, cough and little fever … The front desk worker said if you have symptoms you can not be seen .. and they only see 50 patients a day .. So my question is what is the point of an URGENT care if they do not see patients ??? Are all the employees just riding the clock??
RecommendedStaff was amazing with son today. Dr accommodated my request. Staff were so polite and friendly it was like a visit to our PC.

Wrong diagnosis for my child and wrong dosage of medicine was almost given from NP on duty
I went in with injury to ribs. Doctor Williams ordered an X-ray. Did not get X-ray until about 1 hour later. Then had to wait for results. Ribs bruised. Doctor did not touch me. Gave me a anti-inflammatory shot and said to take otc said. He couldn't give me anything because of regulations. I am 65 years old. I've not slept since last Saturday because of the pain.
