Most friendliest staff I've seen in a long time. The staff made me very comfortable. Definitely recommend.
Slowwwww...not happen with the time it took to be acknowledged upon walking in or to be triaged...the staff and doctor were friendly and professional but, the wait was entirely too long this time..Urgent Care takes on a completely new meaning now that Ochsner has added the Occupational Health service to this location!
Dr Williams and the entire Sunday staff were excellent.
I go here as much as needed , although I now go to the new location I never had a problem with any of the staff & always felt better once I left! This is the only place I go if I can't see my primary care doctor.
I had to visit after a bad reaction to new meds I was given from my back doctor. This place ran like a well-oiled machine. From sign-in, to leaving...all smoothly. That helps when you are not feeling well. I saw Matt Mitchell, PA. Super nice guy! Gave me a shot, meds, and sent me on my way all in less than an hour! I was feeling & looking better within an hour of leaving! Thanks, MHM & Matt Mitchell!!
Wait was long but staff was professional and caring.
Overall pretty good experience. Promt professional and fast
